The New Sun Shade Structure has been installed between Field #1 and Field #2. Special thanks to Board Member Henry Mattox for spearheading this project. We would like to thank Elberton Utilities for digging the holes, Brady Builders for installing the structure and Turner Concrete for donating the concrete to set the poles. It looks great!

Please notice the signs that have been added to the Batting Cages at McWilliams Park. These cages were made possible in large part by a monetary donation that was given in Memory ofMr. John C. DyeandMr. Virgil Brown. Mr. Dye and Mr. Brown coached Elbert County youth for many years. Please honor their memories through respectful use of these facilities so that Elbert youth may continue to enjoy these practice cages for years to come.
ECLL and ECPR are currently in the process of installing a Wall Ball backboard between Fields 2 and 3 at McWilliams Park. Thanks to Lake Russell Building Supplies' generous donation of material, volunteer labor contributed by Eugene LeBarron and the efforts of Park Services Manager Steve Weed this project is moving along nicely and should be ready for the kids to enjoy on Opening Day.
